Our Story

A Tradition of Gathering Around Great Food

In 1998, Chef Maria Rossi opened a tiny trattoria with nothing but her grandmother's recipes and a belief that food should bring people together. What began as a 20-seat kitchen has grown into three distinctive locations, each carrying forward that same spirit of warmth and generosity.
